The Parent Information Center is excited to be able to offer 3 ways that businesses, community organizations/agencies and individuals can increase their visibility and promote their products or services with educators, service providers and families of children with disabilities. You may participate in one or more of the opportunities described below. We are especially pleased that we have not increased prices since our last Wrightslaw conference 2 years ago!
Exhibitor/vendor tables
- $75 got non-profit agencies
- $100 for for-profit businesses
This fee includes the cost of continental breakfast, lunch and all refreshment breaks. If a vendor brings a second person to assist them, the fee for that individual is $50 to cover our costs. Vendors wishing to do so are also invited to register for the conference and obtain all conference materials (including 3 books valued at more than $60) for an additional special conference rate of $100. To ensure maximum exposure and benefit for both vendors and participants, vendors must have their tables set up for 8:00 am. Exhibitor/vendor table fees are non-refundable.

The Program format is 8.5"H x 5.5"W. Please see this document (Word Doc) for sizing your ad.
- $25 for a quarter-page ad
- $50 for half-page ad
- $100 for full-page ad
Conference Sponsors
- $10 for single line messages (up to 10 words)
- $15 for 2-line messages (10-20 words)

The Parent Information Center is a non-profit organization that has been guiding and encouraging families in supporting the unique learning potential of their children for the past 35 years.
